Service Delivery
All our services are delivered digitally through the internet. You’ll receive your order within 1 to 7 days after placing it.
Refunds & Cancellations
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases. If you’re not happy with our service, you can ask for a refund within 30 days.
Refunds are processed within 30 business days and returned to your original payment method or as store credit.

While we always aim for great service, we may deny a refund request if it doesn’t meet our policy.
When You Can Request a Refund
1. Didn’t Get Your Order
If you didn’t receive your service or product (maybe due to email issues), please contact our Billing Team within 30 days.
2. Can’t Access or Download
If you’re having trouble accessing or downloading a service or product, let our Technical Support team know within 30 days. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume the delivery was successful.
3. Big Errors or Technical Issues
If there’s a major technical problem and we can’t fix it within 72 hours, we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement. We may ask you to give temporary access so we can check and fix the issue.
4. Not as Described
If the product is very different from what we promised on our website, let us know within 30 days. Please provide proof.
Note: Refunds won’t be given if it’s just a matter of personal preference or expectations.
Children Policy
Only users 18 years or older can buy or use our services.
We don’t collect info from kids under 13.
If you think a child gave us personal info, contact us right away so we can delete it and cancel the order.
